The Mercy Crew Modified program is designed for athletes in Grades 6-8 who are new rowers, previous Learn-To-Row participants, and those not eligible to join the competitive team.
Sessions will be held 3 days a week for six weeks at the Genesee Waterways Boathouse. These sessions will include a combination of land training, erg work, and on-water instruction. We are excited to showcase our award winning team and build opportunities for future rowers!
Cost: $295 payable through the Mercy Crew Modified Registration on Regatta Central.

Registration Instructions
- Complete the OLM Family ID registration on ArbiterSports. Athletes cannot participate until the nurse has processed the registration.
- Complete the US Rowing registration and waiver. See our US Rowing Membership & Waivers page for details.
- Complete the Mercy Crew Modified Registration on Regatta Central.
- Complete the “IMPACT concussion baseline test” prior to each season. See our Concussion Baseline Test page for details.
- For new Mercy Crew athletes only: Complete the Swim Test for New Athletes.
