Hospitality and Fall 2017 Hosting Schedule
Our Hospitality Committee slots will soon need to be filled. Each crew family must sign up to bring a food item to each regatta or host one regatta each season. Varsity families will be paired with Novice families to mentor and answer questions. Mercy Hospitality uses Signup Genius to gather the names of families to:
- Bring a designated item to each of our Fall Regattas (view signups here)
- Host one of of our Regattas with five other families

Please contact the members of your “hosting team” to coordinate the responsibilities for the Regatta you selected. The hot and cold drinks are also the hosting team’s responsibility. Please follow the guidelines listed HERE.
