- Registration /Code of Conduct/Release of Liability/Photo & Video Release
- Mercy Crew Transportation form
- Committee Sign Up Form
- Check for $750 made out to Mercy Crew
- Mail these forms (6) and check to Diana Ryan; 571 Claybourne Road; Rochester, NY 14618
3.→Before our first regatta, sign the US Rowing Waiver per directions listed on the website.
