A few side notes on Hospitality Forms
for each AWAY regatta there is a process that gets us to our final calculations for hotels and hospitality
As you can see, there is a lengthy, behind the scenes process which takes days to complete. So, it's really important that we respond as quickly as possible and ADHERE TO THE DUE DATES on all of these requests. Hotel numbers are generated by these numbers as well and we do not want any girl left without a room assignment.
If you are still reading...here are a few more notes...
If your daughter is NOT attending a regatta please fill out the Hospitality Form anyway. Just type "0" in the "Number of Rowers" box. Think of the Hospitality Form as an RSVP, that way the Coordinator knows to count you out, and she's not just waiting for a reply.
Also, the forms do not work correctly in all browsers, please use InternetExplorer or Safari (do not use Firefox, for now). The numbers don't always add up, so it helps if you put a "0" in the boxes "Number of Children" and "Number of Adults" if these don't apply.
