RUGBY SHIRT ORDER UPDATE

We had a set back with the production schedule of the shirts, the manufacturer had a large order come in which lengthened the normal 6-8 weeks production time to 12-13 weeks with ship date of February.Ugh! The plan is to hold off on placing the order until the beginning of January to capture any new Novice for Spring Season. I will confirm that orders placed in January would then fall into the 6-8 weeks production time not the current 12-13 weeks. Checks that I have will be deposited into the Mercy Crew account. If there is anyone who has placed an order that does not want the order or their check deposited please let me know by Friday.

SEW SPORTY TEAM STORE
The online team store through Sew Sporty has a new item thanks to Helen H and Olivia S. They designed a team backpack, it is optional and on the team store. The team store is open and will remain open for orders, all orders placed will be shipped directly to the person who places the order.

 

UNIFORM COORDINATOR POSITION
Lastly, my daughter Bridgit, will be graduating so this is a good time for me to bow out of my role as coordinator and work with the new coordinator over the next few months. If you are interested, please let me know. My cell is 585-414-7309 and email is mbpatter@rochester.rr.com

 

ALL HANDS ON DECK!
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS SATURDAY NOVEMBER 11TH
As part of our lease agreement with GWC, Mercy Crew is required to assist with the removal of the docks at the end of the season. Dock removal will take place Saturday November 11th at 8am. We will need volunteers (parents and rowers too!) to help remove the docks. The process takes less than a couple hours. Please contact Andy Ryan at aryan@woodsoviatt.com if you can help.
